Our gift envelopes are made with the finest quality Japanese paper ("dan-shi") and tied with Mizuhiki. We invite you to feel the difference in texture from envelopes available at stationary shops or convenience stores. We also have petite envelopes that go well with presents and envelopes incorporating Mizuhiki-zaiku (string craft designs). For a celebratory occasion, fold the top part down first then the bottom part up. For a somber occasion, fold the bottom part up first and then the top part down, to express sadness and the shedding of tears.

Accessories made with Mizuhiki cords are increasingly popular these days. Since they are made of paper, they feel soft and there is less concern for injury. Pierced earrings and regular earrings, hair accessories and necklaces are available.
